Return&Refund Policy

At LETWESAF, we value our relationship with you and provide a return policy for products purchased directly from LETWESAF.com. Items that meet the return conditions may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price. For returns beyond 30 days, or in cases of man-made damage, please contact us at support@LETWESAF.com to discuss the situation and applicable costs.

 

Parcel Received

If no report of missing items is made within 30 days of delivery, the order will be considered successfully received.

Returns

Returned items must be in original packaging, in as-new condition, and include all documentation and accessories. Otherwise, LETWESAF cannot accept the return.

Returns due to misuse, abuse, negligent handling, or lack of required maintenance will not be accepted, and refunds cannot be issued for liability reasons.

For non-defective items or returns initiated for personal reasons, return shipping costs may be borne by the buyer. Specifics will be confirmed between buyer and seller.

Refunds

Refunds are generally processed within 7-14 business days after we receive the returned item. If an incorrect item is shipped, LETWESAF will either refund the full order amount or immediately ship the correct item.

Damaged Shipments

Please open all packages immediately and inspect contents upon delivery. Any damage or issues must be reported within 3 business days. If external packaging is visibly damaged, please note this on the proof-of-delivery slip. Internal (non-visible) damage must also be reported to the carrier or to us within 3 business days. If you accept a damaged shipment, please notify LETWESAF immediately. We may require you to liaise with the carrier directly.
