Shipping times：

- Canada: 10–15 business days
- Australia: 15–30 business days
If the US warehouse is out of stock, orders will be shipped from our China warehouse to avoid delays.
Can I return my product? What are the conditions?
LETWESAF accepts returns within 30 days. A return must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be in original packaging, unused, and include all accessories
- No signs of misuse, abuse, or man-made damage
- For non-quality-related returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping
